Wow, what a beautiful horse! I love big horses with the big flowing manes, tails, and feathery legs! Amazing! I'd do anything for a horse like that.

Ahh, yeah if I lived in Europe. I'm sure they are way more expensive here in the United States. I just have a feeling, because that's how it always is, lol. But I might just look into it anyway...:ninjaplot:

They run around 10,000 in the states :( big difference. Friesians are the same around 500 euro there 10-15,000 here :( It's so unfair

Yes well, only the ones people WANT are that expensive. Around here, at a local auction, you could probably buy an everyday horse for 100 bucks, or easily less because the market is so low and they usually go to slaughter if they're not sold. Which is terrible!! I don't think that should be allowed at all, I try not to think about it...

They do that everywhere :( Especially in Nevada (where I lived) the mustangs end up in the dog food factory. The movie "The misfits" actually talks about it. It's sad, but there really isn't anything you can do. Normally the horses that go to auction have a problem unfortunately so the owners don't care. I have heard some horror stories about horses from auctions I don't think I would ever buy one.
